Best Walk-In Clinics Near Four Corners, FL (2026)

This list is published by Elon Health Urgent Care, which ranks itself first. We applied the criteria below to every clinic, including our own; check each clinic's details directly before you go.

Four Corners sits where Polk, Osceola, Lake and Orange counties meet, so the walk-in clinic that is "near" you depends on which side of US-192 your house or vacation rental is on. If you are on the Davenport side of US-27, we rank Elon Health Urgent Care first. If you are right at the US-192 junction, AdventHealth Centra Care Four Corners is closer, and we say so below.

How we built this list

We checked each clinic's own website on September 23, 2026 against these criteria:

• Walk-in without an appointment, with an online option to hold a place or book. All the urgent cares here offer both.
• On-site X-ray and lab, so a twisted ankle or a strep test does not mean a second trip. Every urgent care here lists both; the retail clinic does not state either.
• Open 7 days, including evenings. Elon closes at 5pm on weekends; CareSpot Clermont lists 8am-8pm every day, so it wins on weekend evenings.
• Reach from Four Corners. Centra Care Four Corners is closest for homes near US-192. Elon is a drive south on US-27 into Davenport.
• Published insurance list, including Medicaid, Medicare and Tricare, plus a named medical director. Elon publishes both. The Centra Care and CareSpot pages also link to accepted-insurance lists, so only the named medical director sets Elon apart; ask the others directly.
• Services beyond sick visits: DOT exams, occupational medicine and B12 injections with on-site lab testing. Centra Care and CareSpot list DOT and occupational services too; none of the urgent cares here list B12.

Three kinds of walk-in care near Four Corners

Urgent care clinics treat illness and injury, take X-rays and run lab tests. Retail clinics inside pharmacies handle minor illness, vaccinations and physicals, usually without X-ray. Virtual visits can help you decide where to go, but cannot image an injury. Most of this list is urgent care, with one retail clinic for simpler problems.

1. Elon Health Urgent Care

43378 US Highway 27 Suite A, Davenport, FL 33837. Phone 863-282-2082. Open Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm. From Four Corners, head south on US-27 into Davenport. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can also use the Book Online button on our site. Wait times vary.

Why it ranks first on our criteria: X-ray and lab are both in the building (the provider usually reviews X-ray images during the visit, and rapid strep, flu, COVID-19, RSV and mono tests are read the same visit), and the clinic is led by Medical Director Dr. Leonardo Cisneros, FACEP, a board-certified emergency physician. You may be seen by a physician, PA or nurse practitioner. Our insurance list includes Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare, and we also do DOT exams, occupational medicine, physicals and B12 injections. Where it does not win: it is farther than Centra Care Four Corners for anyone near US-192, and it closes earlier than CareSpot on weekends.

2. AdventHealth Centra Care Four Corners

49513 US Highway 27, Davenport, FL 33897. Phone 863-588-4811. Hours as listed on its website in September 2026: Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm. This is the urgent care on US-27 closest to the US-192 junction. Its page says walk-ins are accepted every day of the week, or you can reserve a spot online.

It lists on-site X-rays, lab tests (blood glucose, COVID-19, flu, mono, pregnancy, strep, urinalysis), stitches, on-site prescription filling, school, sports and DOT physicals, EKGs for high school athletes and occupational health with drug testing. AdventHealth also lists 24/7 virtual urgent care through its app. For many Four Corners addresses this will be the shorter drive, and it opens an hour earlier than Elon on weekends.

3. AdventHealth Centra Care Orange Lake

8201 West Irlo Bronson Highway (US-192), Kissimmee, FL 34747. Phone 407-465-0846. Hours as listed on its website in September 2026: Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm. East of Four Corners along the US-192 resort corridor, it suits guests staying in rentals off US-192. The page says you can walk in or reserve 7 days a week. It lists on-site X-ray and lab, stitches, physicals, occupational health, and vaccines (flu, pertussis, tetanus).

4. AdventHealth Centra Care Celebration

5850 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, FL 34746. Phone 407-845-8376. Hours as listed on its website in September 2026: Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm. Further east on US-192 near Celebration. Walk in or reserve online 7 days a week. It lists on-site X-ray and lab, stitches, on-site prescription filling, DOT exams, workplace drug testing and occupational health.

5. CareSpot Urgent Care (Clermont)

1615 East State Highway 50, Suite 200, Clermont, FL. Phone 352-404-4463. Hours as listed on its website in September 2026: every day 8am-8pm, and it says it opens on holidays, though holiday hours vary. It is well north of Four Corners on SR-50, but its page says Four Corners residents use it, and it is the only clinic here with 8pm weekend hours. It lists walk-ins without an appointment, online scheduling, digital X-rays, many lab tests on-site, DOT physicals, drug screens and immunizations. If you live on the Lake County side of Four Corners and need care on a weekend evening, it is worth the drive.

6. MinuteClinic at CVS (Davenport)

7575 Osceola Polk Line Rd., Davenport, FL 33896, by I-4 near ChampionsGate and Reunion. A retail clinic inside CVS, not an urgent care. Its page data lists Monday to Friday 8:30am-7:30pm, Saturday 9am-5:30pm and Sunday 9am-4:30pm with a midday break; confirm before you go. It sees adults and children 18 months and older for minor illness, vaccinations and physicals. X-ray and lab are not stated, so it fits a sore throat or a rash better than a fall.

Staying in a Four Corners vacation rental?

• Save the rental's full street address in your phone. Four Corners homes can have Davenport, Kissimmee or Clermont mailing addresses, and the clinic and any 911 call will need the exact one.
• Check whether your plan covers care out of state or out of network before you need it. Bring the physical insurance card, not just a photo.
• Pack a list of medicines and doses for everyone in the group. Refills are easier with the original bottle or the prescriber's name.

When to skip the walk-in clinic and go to an ER

Call 911 for chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke signs (face drooping, weakness on one side, confusion, slurred speech), severe bleeding, a head injury with confusion, or a baby under 3 months with a fever of 100.4F (38C) or higher. Emergency rooms near Four Corners that we verified: Orlando Health South Lake Hospital's Four Corners ER at 16966 Cagan Ridge Blvd., Clermont; HCA Florida ChampionsGate Emergency at 8460 Champions Gate Blvd (open 24 hours); and Orlando Health Emergency Room Reunion Village at 8011 Osceola Polk Line Road. The ChampionsGate and Reunion Village sites are freestanding ERs; all three are emergency rooms, not urgent cares, and bill as emergency departments. Orlando Health's Reunion Village page says it is not an urgent care and bills at emergency department rates.

Before you go

Call the clinic to confirm today's hours, especially on holidays. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card and a medicine and allergy list. If the clinic offers online check-in or booking, use it, but expect wait times to vary: sicker patients are seen first.
