Best Urgent Care Clinics Near Disney-Area Vacation Rentals (2026)

This list is published by Elon Health Urgent Care, which ranks itself first. We applied the criteria below to every clinic, including our own; check each clinic's details directly before you go.

This list is for visitors staying in a vacation rental or resort home in the Disney-area rental belt: ChampionsGate, Reunion, the Davenport communities along US-27, Four Corners and the west end of US-192. If someone in your group gets sick or hurt, the short answer is: from ChampionsGate, Reunion or the US-27 side, Elon Health Urgent Care is the nearby urgent care we rank first; from the US-192 resort strip, a Centra Care on US-192 is closer; and late at night, AdventHealth Centra Care Lake Buena Vista lists hours until midnight.

How we built this list

Travelers need different things than locals. We checked every clinic's own website on September 23, 2026 and applied these criteria to all of them, including Elon:

• Distance from the rental communities south of I-4. Straight-line distance from ChampionsGate and Four Corners to each address. Elon is about 3 miles from ChampionsGate; for Four Corners and US-192 rentals, other clinics are closer.
• Walk-in every day, with a way to book or reserve online. All the urgent cares here meet this.
• On-site X-ray and lab for the sprained ankles and fevers that come with park days. Every urgent care here lists both; the retail clinic does not state either.
• Late hours. Elon closes at 8pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends. Centra Care Lake Buena Vista lists 7am to midnight daily and wins this point clearly.
• Services beyond a quick sick visit that visitors sometimes need, such as IV therapy, EKG and a physician-led team.

Hours are as listed on each clinic's website in September 2026. Call ahead to confirm, especially on holidays and in peak travel weeks.

1. Elon Health Urgent Care

Elon is at 43378 US Highway 27, Suite A, Davenport, just south of I-4. From ChampionsGate it is about 3 miles in a straight line, and it is a short drive from Reunion and the rental communities along US-27. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Sat-Sun 9am-5pm; walk in, or book online before you leave the house. Care is led by Medical Director Dr. Leonardo Cisneros, FACEP, a board-certified emergency physician; you may be seen by a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner.

For visitors, the useful parts are digital X-ray for a twisted ankle, rapid strep, flu, COVID-19 and RSV tests read during the visit, EKG, IV therapy and walk-in care for children. Elon accepts most major plans, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Florida Blue/BCBS, Humana and Medicare, and self-pay is available; call 863-282-2082 for current rates.

Where it is weaker for visitors: it closes earlier than Lake Buena Vista, from Four Corners, the next two clinics are closer, and from the US-192 strip, the next three are.

2. AdventHealth Centra Care Four Corners

At 49513 US Highway 27, this is about 2 to 3 miles from the Four Corners intersection, where US-27 meets US-192. It lists hours of Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Sat-Sun 8am-5pm, as listed on its website in September 2026, and its page says walk-ins are accepted every day of the week. It lists X-rays, lab tests, stitches and on-site prescription filling, which saves a pharmacy stop when you are away from home.

3. AdventHealth Centra Care Orange Lake

On West Irlo Bronson Highway (US-192) on the western end of the US-192 resort corridor, this clinic is about 2 to 3 miles east of the Four Corners junction and is a natural stop for rentals on the western end of US-192. It lists walk-in or reservation 7 days a week, X-ray, lab tests, stitches and vaccines including flu, pertussis and tetanus.

4. AdventHealth Centra Care Celebration

Further east on US-192 near Celebration, this location lists the standard Centra Care hours, X-ray, lab, stitches, DOT exams and on-site prescription filling. At roughly 8 miles from Four Corners, it suits guests staying on the middle stretch of US-192 near Celebration.

5. AdventHealth Centra Care Lake Buena Vista

This is the late-night choice. Its page lists hours of 7am to 12am (midnight) every day, as listed on its website in September 2026, the longest hours we found for any urgent care in the area. It is on South Apopka Vineland Road near Disney Springs, north of US-192 by way of I-4, so it is a longer drive from Davenport rentals. It lists X-ray, lab, all ages including children, and on-site medication dispensing. If a child spikes a fever at 9pm, this is the clinic on our list most likely to still be open; call first.

6. AdventHealth Centra Care Kissimmee

At 4320 West Vine Street, on the Kissimmee end of US-192, this clinic says walk-ins are always welcome and lists X-ray, lab, stitches and on-site medication dispensing. It is about 12 miles from Four Corners, so it fits guests staying closer to Kissimmee.

7. MinuteClinic at CVS (West Irlo Bronson)

This is a retail clinic inside a CVS on US-192, not an urgent care. Its page lists care for adults and children 18 months and older, walk-ins subject to availability and virtual visits. Its listed hours include midday breaks. X-ray and lab are not stated, so it fits minor problems like a sore throat or pink eye better than an injury.

Visitor checklist: insurance, prescriptions and late nights

• Out-of-state insurance. Call the member number on the back of your card before the visit if you can. Some plans, especially HMOs, cover less outside their home area. Ask whether urgent care in Florida is covered and at what level.
• Travel insurance and visitors from abroad. Many travel policies ask you to pay first and file a claim later. Keep the itemized receipt and visit summary. Self-pay is available at Elon; call for current rates.
• Bring your prescriptions. Pack medicines in their labeled containers and carry a written list with doses. If you left a medicine at home, bring the bottle photo or pharmacy name so the provider can see exactly what you take.
• After 8pm. Centra Care Lake Buena Vista lists hours until midnight. AdventHealth lists 24/7 virtual urgent care through its MyChart app, and CVS lists MinuteClinic virtual visits. For anything serious, go to an ER.
• Your rental address. Save it in your phone. You will need it on intake forms, and a 911 dispatcher will ask for it.

When a visitor needs the ER, not urgent care

Call 911 for chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke signs (sudden face drooping, arm weakness, trouble speaking, loss of balance or sudden vision change), severe bleeding, a head injury followed by confusion or passing out, a near-drowning in a pool, or a baby under 3 months old with a temperature of 100.4F (38C) or higher.

The nearest emergency rooms to the ChampionsGate and Reunion rentals are HCA Florida ChampionsGate Emergency at 8460 Champions Gate Blvd, open 24 hours, and Orlando Health Emergency Room - Reunion Village at 8011 Osceola Polk Line Road. Both are freestanding ERs, and freestanding ERs bill as emergency departments. Orlando Health's own page says the Reunion Village site is not an urgent care and that its care is billed at emergency department rates. Call ahead to confirm the clinic is open. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card (or travel insurance details), your medicines or a list of them, and any allergies. Wait times vary, and sicker patients are seen first.
