How it Works

Download the app in either the App Store for iPhone users or the Google Play Store for Android. Search for “InteliChart” in either store and then download the app to your phone.

Register
Register

If you have registered for your healthcare provider’s patient portal, simply download the app and log in using your username and password. If you have not registered, your healthcare provider will give you a one-time 10-digit PIN code needed at registration. Click “Create Account”, enter that PIN code and your date of birth. Then you’ll create a username and password. You can also register children at that time too.

From the app’s home screen, swipe left or right and then tap to select your activity:

  • Send or view messages
  • View your appointments
  • View lab results

Patient Menu

Tap on the three small horizontal lines in the top left corner of the home page to access the patient menu. From the menu, you can select any function or manage your account information.

View Upcoming Appointments
View Upcoming Appointments

To view the location of your upcoming appointment, click on the appointment on the Upcoming Appointments menu to see the facility’s address.

Opening and Sending Messages
Opening and Sending Messages

To open and view a message sent to you, simply select it in your inbox like you would with an email. To compose a message, follow these steps:

Select the pencil icon in the lower right corner of the Messages menu.

On the compose screen, select from the dropdown menus for the

location and recipient of the message.

Enter your message at the bottom.

Select the arrow at the bottom and it’s on its way.

The most current lab results as well as details and lab histories are available on the Lab Results & Details screen.

You can download PatientPORTAL by InteliChart in the App Store for Apple iPhone and in the Google Play Store for Android devices. Open the App Store or Google Play app on your smartphone, search “InteliChart” and then download the PatientPORTAL.

Yes, PatientPORTAL by InteliChart uses the highest level of data encryption available so your data is always secure. Data is never stored on your device. Upon registration, you will need to create a password to access your information.

Yes, you can view your children’s or any other dependent accounts on PatientPORTAL.

Yes, but you will need a PIN code from your provider to register on the portal for the first time. You will not need the PIN after registration. Once registered, you will have access to both the mobile and web version of the PatientPORTAL with the same username and password.

Bill payment is not yet available with PatientPORTAL, but it is one of the many new features that will soon be available.

Currently, you are only able to view upcoming appointments with the app. However, you can schedule appointments using the web-based version of the PatientPORTAL.

You can access information from any facility within our health system or any other health system using InteliChart’s PatientPORTAL.

In order to protect your identity and personal health information, you will need to obtain a PIN from each healthcare clinic or facility that you visit. The PIN from each facility will only require you to enter it one time for registration, and you won’t be asked to enter it again. Once you have entered the PIN into your portal account, you will then be able to use your single login to access all of your information from your healthcare providers.

Your healthcare provider should be able to resolve most technical support issues. If not, they will contact InteliChart on your behalf.
