I have to tell my story. I've been going to the same Urgent care for 10 years but they don't accept my current insurance and the visit alone is very high, not to mention anything they do would be additional. My family doctor could not get me in as quickly as I needed. I battled an issue with my urinary tract for almost 3 weeks and at 56, have never had any issues like this in my life. The pain, burning inside and not being able to urinate had reached the point that I needed to go see a doctor and fast. Sheldeen, the receptionist was so sweet over the phone, and their visit was very affordable, so I went. I got there and couldn't even think I was in that much pain. Sheldeen and Angela, a tech from the back, took all of my history, did all of my new patient paperwork and got me in immediately. Rob, who took my vitals and specimen was wonderful and professional. Right when he was done, the PA, Rachel, came in and told me I definitely had a severe infection and called in an antibiotic. I left there, still in pain, but thrilled. My medicine was already filled for me to pick up from my pharmacy. She also wanted to send my specimen out for a full culture. This was on Tuesday. Today, Friday, I got a call from her personally to let me know that it was e-coli that caused my infection. The antibiotic was already making me feel better but she called in another one because the one she gave me was resistant to e-coli and would not be fully effective. Wow! Just Wow! I'm 56 and have never been to a doctor or Urgent care that was this amazing. I hope more people find out about them. I highly, highly recommend them. I found them on Google, close to my home and didn't even know they were there. I'll be a patient for life and have told as many family and friends as I could already and will continue to let more know. Fantastic people!!!
